Ephiphany is a simply webbrowser for the Gnome Desktop. It is based on the Gecko engine, the same engine that powers Firefox, so in terms of speed and accuracy it is the same as firefox. Ephiphany ties together several Gnome component which lets you focus on content instead of the browser application, thus making it different from other browsers in terms of functionality.
