IBM Integrated Ontology Development Toolkit (IODT)

  IBM developed a toolkil that could be used for “storage, manipulation, query, and inference of ontologies and corresponding instances.” This toolkit includes EMF Ontolgy Definition Metamodel (EODM), and an OWL Ontology Repository (named SOR).
